Sepia Coffee Project LLC (DBA: Sepia Coffee) is a black-led roastery based in Detroit's North End and Highland Park. Established in 2021, we roast specialty-grade coffee sourced from smallholder farmers across Africa, the Americas and Indian-Pacific regions. Current operations include production roasting, retail(cafe), equipment sales and oat milk distribution.
Craig's Coffee has been roasting in Detroit since 2020 and opened their first brick and mortar roastery & cafe in August 2023. Craig's Coffee roasts ethically sourced coffee beans in small batches, with a commitment to sustainability by using compostable packaging and prioritize recycling and composting throughout their operations.
