We aim to provide exceptional service, cozy atmosphere and vibe, delicious coffee, scones made from scratch daily, and delicious breakfast including breakfast burrito stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, and home-made sausage gravy rolled up and grilled on flat top!
The Roasterie serves air-roast coffee, tea, and cold brew from the heart of the midwest. Since the very beginning, our core purpose has been to source the finest coffees we can find in the world, roast them the best way possible, and deliver to our customers as fast as humanly possible--all while facilitating extraordinary coffee experiences along the way.
The Roasterie serves some of Kansas City's best locally roasted coffee. The café's eponymous coffee comes in many exotic blends such as the 40 Sardines Blend and the Autumn Harvest Blend. They can make all your favorite drinks, from a hot cup of Joe to organic mint mochas with soymilk. They have some pastries available, but their biggest draw is their fresh, rich coffee and relaxing atmosphere, perfect of studying, reading, or hanging out with friends.
