Comet Coffee & Microbakery

We specialize in high-end coffees, gourmet pastries, and outstanding customer service.

City Coffee & Crêperie

Located in bustling, artsy downtown Clayton, this charming eatery brings the taste of France to the Midwest in a fun way. The white flour and buckwheat crepes can be served for breakfast, lunch or dessert, with fillings that include Havarti cheese, fresh grilled veggies, smoked salmon, blended spinach, an assortment of fruits, and the indisputably superior Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread. Beyond crepes, the menu features Belgian waffles, sandwiches, soups, salads, and fantastic sweets. Such fun food at such reasonable prices is worth a visit.

Blueprint Coffee

Blueprint Coffee is a coffee bar and specialty roaster located in Saint Louis. Blueprint Coffee seeks a mutually beneficial relationship loop among our producers, vendors, wholesale partners, and customers. Good coffee must be good from the start, so we dedicate a tremendous amount of time selecting a few coffees that are fresh and exciting. The beauty in these coffees is maintained through precise roasting, brewing, and training methods. Our company was born because a handful of baristas knew there was a need for a more transparent way to serve and present coffee. We encourage you to stop by for a cup and join in the loop.

MoKaBe's Coffee House

Located in the progressive South Grand district, this dog friendly eatery welcomes the odd, the artsy, the health conscious, and most of all, the hungry. MoKaBe's diverse menu caters to the aspiring vegetarian as well as the seasoned vegan, with a Sunday brunch that's worth writing home about. There is plenty of seating upstairs, downstairs and, during the warmer months, on the patio outside.

Shaw's Coffee

The Hill is known for its hospitality and quality eats. Shaw's Coffee is a small coffee shop that stays true to the tradition of this historically Italian district. The great variety and robust flavors of their house-roasted coffee beans make for an excelsior coffee drinking experience in every cup. Even the "coffee snobs" keep this café on their radar. Selling pastries, bagels, and other complimentary fare, Shaw's is a great place to stop in the mornings, for a meeting, or on the run. Check out their online store to purchase their coffees from all over the world.

Northwest Coffee Roasting Company

Locally roasted coffee. We are the only roaster in town who use the "full city roast" level. Lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos and pour-overs. Donuts from World's Fair Donuts, and pastries from Companion Bakery.

The Mud House

With its newly expanded menu and highly energized staff, Mississippi Mud House is a great place to stop while frolicking on Cherokee Antique Row. The coffee is amazing, and the chocolate chip cookies inspire a double take upon discovery that they are organic and vegan. It’s a neighborhood spot, and the staff knows most of the customers by first and last name. It’s peaceful and pleasant, especially on warm days; the back patio is a relaxing place to enjoy one of their many hot and cold beverages as well as breakfast and lunch items.

Hartford Coffee Co

The food is cheap, and the coffee is roasted in house. There's a play area for children and free WiFifor web surfers, students, and freelancers. Hartford Coffee Company had a goal from its inception to be a place where people in the Shaw neighborhood can come, get a good cup of Joe, and eat while staying within the budget. There's always someone new to meet, and the staff is just as much a part of the community as the clientele. Try the breakfast muffins, the chicken "quesapita", and a hot or cold drink.
