Coffee Talk Therapy is a vibe all in itself. We are dedicated to offering a place where you can meet with your therapist in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. We have created a relaxed and informal environment for you to open up and discuss any concerns you may have. During a session, your therapist will engage you in conversation that is purposeful and client centered. These conversations can range from discussing everyday stressors to more significant mental health concerns. Our therapists also provide guidance, coping strategies, and support to help you manage the many twists and turns life presents us with. We partner with you on your journey wherever that takes you.
