We plant, grow, and roast all our coffee at our own farm in Puerto Rico. Comes in fresh every two weeks; some of the freshest coffee you'll ever have.
At Gratitude Café, we are inspired to serve our community great food and drinks that are made with the best ingredients available. We use organic breads from Bread Alone and brew fair trade, organic coffee and teas. Our amazing ice cream is from Blue Marble, a local ice cream maker! We also attempt to get as many of our dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables from responsible, local farmers who treat their animals well, like Battenkill Farm in Upstate NY.Our cafe is designed to be a welcoming, family-friendly place, where creativity in people and ideas are not only welcome, but valued.
