Prelude Coffee Roasters is an Oklahoma City coffee shop and roastery destination. We specialize in roasting all of our coffees in house, fresh every week. Along with our locally roasted fresh coffee, we offer a full coffee shop bar and fine loose leaf teas.
The owners of Coffee Slingers are proud to faithfully source, import and roast their own beans for the happy citizens of OKC. The shop is absolutely dedicated to all things coffee and sustainability. They provide an equitable fee to vendors throughout Central America for their beans, thereby ensuring a win-win situation. The prices reflect this as they can sometimes be exorbitant, but nonetheless you know where your cup of coffee originated. At Mattie’s Coffee, we are one-of-a-kind, a local, woman-owned coffee shop/roastery/patisserie/book and gift store. We import high quality, fair-trade, organic (when possible) beans from several origins and roast them in public view. Our baristas create a huge variety of espresso and blended drinks, and according to our customers, make the best coffee anywhere! We also bake scrumptious pastries, put together fresh, bountiful salads, and grill over-the-top sandwiches. All this and a cool atmosphere to meet a group, have a coffee date with new or old friends, study, remotely work, or browse our book and gift store.
