Founded by two half-Japanese coffee shop professionals, our space is a reflection of who we are — half American, half Japanese, and all about bringing those worlds together. We’re one part Pacific Northwest coffeehouse, one part Japanese teabar. Do you like mushroom coffee? Have you tried it at home and it's just not as good as your thought? Well come on over and visit us here at Mycoboost! We specialize in making tasty, smooth mushroom coffee espresso drinks! We also have locally brewed coffee, moringa, iced tea, Red Bull and Italian soda options as well! Our goal is to help add to the diversity here in Salem, so we have decided to add some cultural foods to our menu. We are currently offering Haitian freedom soup (joumou) which is a squash base soup with beef, carrots, potato's, turnip and other savory flavors. We also have Haitian Pâté, chicken or beef flavored pastries baked to perfection. In the coming months we will be adding some Indigenous fry bread tacos!
