Our roaster begins the roasting process by carefully selecting each coffee varietal from the world's premier growing regions for its unique nuances and exclusive characteristic. They then roast our coffee in small batches, taking their time, they use their senses, intuition and experience to carefully develop the nuances and flavour of each variety of bean to produce a product that is genuinely exceptional to Cafe Au Lait.
