The Panama Hotel was opened in 1910 by a Japanese-American architect (a first) as a single-room accommodation for Japanese men desirous of working in America. Today, the Panama Hotel is a groundbreaking, momentous edifice for people of Japanese-American heritage in Washington in particular and Northwest US in general, with the original hotel open for occupancy to the public in Seattle. The Panama Hotel stands for how memory continues to exist and comes to the fore even when it is thought to be down and out, dead and buried.
Himalayan java Lynnwood is solely owned and operated by Yeti Enterprises under franchises of Himalayan java Nepal. In 1999, we started off as the first specialty coffee shop in Nepal to specialize in handcrafted coffee and bakery. Over the years, we have diversified from a small coffee shop to an international franchising Nepalese Coffee Brand with more than 30 outlets around the world. We believe in maintaining a sustainable business ecosystem by supporting local farmers and Nepali products. Through continuous innovation in technology & process, we hope to become the most inspiring Nepalese Coffee Establishment in the world taking Nepalese Coffee and Culture to the world.
In the city that is the birthplace of Starbucks, independent coffeehouses like Moore Coffee also continue to attract customers due to their boutique feel and cozy atmosphere. This charming café has a vintage ambience with old-styled chandeliers and attracts patrons for its attractive latte art. Whether you order a Cappuccino or a Green Tea Latte, you will most likely find artistic birds, pigs, faces, flowers or leaves drawn on the surface of the frothy beverage. Of course, it also provides a selection of sandwiches and waffles with garnish such as whipped cream and strawberries. The free WiFi facilities are an added attraction.
