Most missed calls are customers who were ready to book. Backup Secretary makes sure you don't lose them. When you can't pick up, Backup Secretary answers as your company, in a friendly, professional voice. It always says it's an automated assistant. It finds out what's wrong, takes the customer's name, phone number and address, asks when they need you, and flags emergencies like no heat or a gas smell. Then it emails you a complete job ticket right away, so you can call back with everything you need. What makes us different: It understands heating and air. It asks the questions a technician actually needs answered, like the type of problem, the system, and who is home. A real person checks the work. I review your calls every week myself, so mistakes get fixed. Your phone number stays the same, and your customer information always belongs to you. It only says the prices and policies you approve. Set up takes one 15-minute call, and you can try it free for 7 days. Founding Partner price of $149 a month is locked for 12 months for the first 10 local companies, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Locally owned in Littleton, Colorado by Breanna Tangen, who spent 15 years running front offices and saw firsthand what a missed call costs a small business.
