JVH Engineering incorporated in 1985 and is in the business of delivering industrial automation solutions to industry as integrated systems. In 1989, Rockwell Automation ( Then Allen-Bradley Corporation ) invited JVH to become an Authorized System Integrator and in 2002, Rockwell Automation invited JVH Engineering to become one of the first Rockwell Automation Solution Provider in the new program. As an Authorized Rockwell Automation Solutions Provider, JVH Engineering is proficient at integrating Rockwell's latest technology, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of the process. JVH Engineering's expertise is in providing control and software solutions for hydraulic related processes such as plastic injection molding ( both thermoplastic and thermoset ), extrusion, blow molding, reaction injection molding and hydroforming presses. JVH also provides engineering services and control solutions for applications in other industries such as food & beverage, metals, material handling, and pharmaceuticals. JVH Engineering has been a leader in providing Rockwell Automation control solutions to the plastics industry since 1989 after successfully retrofitting an insert injection-molding press for a Western Michigan automotive supplier. The application was a challenge but with Allen-Bradley's technology, JVH was able to deliver a solution that helped their customer improve the process significantly by decreasing set-up time, increasing productivity and quality, and reducing scrap. Rockwell Automation made JVH their first plastics integrator and led them to many other business opportunities. Over the years, JVH Engineering and Rockwell Automation have collaboratively developed new control solutions for the plastics industry, which has effectively allowed both companies substantial growth in the controls industry. JVH has successfully implemented over 400 injection molding controls retrofits and has also influenced the design and implementation of many others.
