The infrastucture of the Central City Barber Shop is based around traditional barbering. Our approach is to strengthen the industry by staying "True to Tradition." Each haircut is completed with the same techniques barbers once used in the early to mid-1900's; those techniques include clipper-over-comb, shear-over-comb, tapering, as well as the straight-razor shave around the ears. We do what barbers do, which is: cut hair--short to medium lengths. Every haircut is balanced and blended as to achieve a symmetrically shaped haircut (without the use of plastic clip-ons also known as guards). Some of the more popular and traditional haircuts include: *the short boy's (buzzed on the sides with just enough to push up in the front) *regular boy's/men's (short to mediumish length; clean around the ears and tapered off the neck) *flat-top (either skin-tight or buzzed on sides and flat on top) *fades *faux-hawks *buzzes etc.
