It is sometimes referred to as Thai Yoga Massage because the therapist will use his/her feet, hands, knees, and elbows to stretch, bend, and knead you into series of yoga like stretches. The effect is akin to performing a yoga session without doing any work. Swedish Massage: Swedish Massage is the most commonly known form of massage in the United States. The therapist will apply oil and use his/her hands in a gliding, kneading, and circulating manner to probe and loosen tightened muscles. It can be either slow and gentle or firm and penetrating, depending on your personal preference.
