I am a Frederick area Hairstylist working independently at Sola Studios DBA Evelyn’s Hair Design Studio. As a stylist I enjoy working on all color requests - whether it’s gray coverage, highlights or a new fantasy mermaid color or anything in between! I love to customize formulas to get that perfect shade just for you. I also enjoy customizing haircuts from short to long.
