STARS is a one stop shop which stands for Sports Training And Rehabilitation Services. We believe in building the athlete from the inside out by combining the best training with assistance and guidance from our sports medicine team. Through our program we have developed the most youth athletes with Division 1 Scholarships and the most US Army All Americans which is a group that is continuously growing in our draft picks with 11 current rosters. We persistently seek out innovative ways to teach our athletes new techniques, drills and knowledge because we know that there isn't just one way to do something and everyone learns differently. With that being said, we pride ourselves on being a hybrid that blends two worlds of knowledge (performance and sports medicine) and incorporates them into our programs to prepare the athlete for long-term elite performance.
