The Massage Center and Yoga Studio, provides an eclectic atmosphere where your relaxation, serenity, and radiant well being are the goal. We are one of the largest massage centers in the country: 30 massage professionals and 15 treatment rooms including 5 Couples Massage Rooms and our 800 sq foot Luxury Suite, that can accommodate bookings for small groups. Our Massage Center and Yoga Studio are open 7 days a week Same-day massage bookings and drop-ins to yoga classes are encouraged.

Our gymnastics studio has a variety of classes and clinics that are centered on jumping, stunting, cheerleading and power tumbling. Our gymnastics classes and cheer classes are designed for both our All Star cheering squads, but we also have recreational tumble and cheer classes as well.
