I take a very personal approach with every member, and even like to recommend healthy nutrition tips and recipes on a regular basis. Each member gets a personal physical fitness assessment. After that, we can set goals and plan an exercise strategy that will accomplish those goals. I provide one-on-one instruction in a private gym for members only.
