Walk-Ins are always welcome, although with limited availability we cannot guarantee immediate service. We recommend scheduling an appointment to best fit your schedule and to minimize your wait time. We value our clients that schedule appointments in advance. We provide a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. We understand certain circumstances can arise that may cause you to run late for your appointment. However after 15 minutes we can not guarantee your appointment slot. As always, we will try our hardest to get you seen as soon as possible. Pricing of nail sets can vary based on shape, length, and design. We ask that you confirm with your technican or management on pricing before start of service. Please note that although some designs may look simple, they still require alot of technicality,skill and time to complete. Some designs also take a lot longer and require more skill to complete than base services which is why they may be charged more than a base service. We stand behind the quality of our work. If your polish chips, peels, or lifts within 7 days of your appointment, we'll fix it - free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of your service. The guarantee covers the same color and design from your original visit. We deeply appreciate your continued support and trust in our services.
