Nathan is the owner, coach and trainer at Elite Training Solutions. He works with individuals of all backgrounds to help them achieve their athletic and fitness goals. He specializes in guiding individual's training and competing in endurance sports. Since graduating from Wichita State University in 2007, he has worked with hundred's of individuals to help prepare them for competing in races from 1/2 mile to ultra running events, sprint to full Ironman triathlon's, and gravel cycling events. He has guided fitness-training routines for athletes in sports including: volleyball, baseball, figure skating, swimming, basketball, soccer as well as military conditioning. Nathan has also worked with hundreds of individuals who don't participate in sports and are looking for improvement in their fitness in an encouraging, personalized and friendly setting.
