I am nationally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am an NASM CPT, CES, YES, & WLS. I specialize in corrective exercise. I do 1 on 1 training and small group training. I have experience with training children, special populations including : pre and post natal exercise, overweight and obese, high blood pressure, and artbritis. I have helped clients with low back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain within my scope of practice. I have client testimonials upon request.

Core Strength Fitness offers group Kickboxing, metabolic conditioning, and Hardstyle kettlebell training. We also provide personal training by an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition consultations by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
