We offer one on one, small groups, nutrition, massage therapy and a co operating space for fitness coaches /trainers to train their clients.

At BigWu Fitness we specialize in sport performance training, kickboxing, and personal one on one training or partner training. Our sport performance training programs are design to help athletes of all levels and ages. Our programs focus on injury prevention, flexibility, stability, strength and power. Our kickboxing boot camp classes are fun, safe and challenging. The program is designed to help burn calories. Our workouts are broken into multiple sessions. Our clients will learn the basics of kickboxing using heavy bags or pad, sand bags, battle rope, tires, etc. Our classes are small and intimate, and capped at 10 people so that the trainer can better push you towards your goals.
