These classes detoxifies the body, relieves tension in the muscles, relaxes the mind and invigorates the spirit. We have recently expanded and and opened up Studio B. Here we now offer Heated Sculpt Yoga, Heated HITT and a less heated Vinyasa Yoga Classes. We also non-heated Yin classes Additional amenities include a cold plunge and sauna available for use in studio. Drop-ins or packages are available for this. The Yoga Wall is the modern version of the traditional "rope wall" system, a method of yoga suspension rooted in the Iyengar tradition. Intimidated? Don't be. You're doing the same familiar poses like downward dog. But with this prop, you can go deeper into a pose, you can do inversions! Think Spiderman + Yoga = Wall Yoga The Yoga Wall is primarily made up of a system of belts that slide into wall fixtures set at different heights - ankle, waist and above-head height. Accessories include wrist bands and a lumbar sling. Beginners, people with injuries & functional limitations can use this safe apparatus for greater balance and confidence when doing certain asanas (poses). Advanced students can delve deeper into a pose or fine tune their techniques. Regardless of the level, this is a novel and fun prop to incorporate into your practice

A walnut bench the length of the 45 foot expanse extends an invitation for rest and contemplation… a faint hint of lavender in the air… the effect… calming… soothing… magical. Ahead… a luminous deep blue wall draws you towards the light. Your gift is a spacious studio flooded with daylight. Massive inverted ceiling vaults float like clouds above. Translucent white panels cocoon the student from the outside world, evidenced in the play of shadows. A natural flow is experienced as the visitor journeys through this unique space, built with the intent to heal through beauty.
