Our aim is to encourage and empower every body, to develop more mind-body awareness. We focus on alignment for the individual, breath work (pranayama), meditation, and mindfulness throughout the practice. Our Heated Flow classes end with complimentary aromatherapy and a cold towel. In fact, all of our classes end with aromatherapy; clients love that we provide this service at the end of each class. YPS has various styles & types of yoga including but no limited to Hot Yoga, Unheated Vinyasa, General Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Kids Yoga, etc. Even though we operate under an umbrella of Hatha-based Yoga, all of our teachers have different yoga backgrounds & bring that forth in their classes. *We have showers available in each bathroom, with shower towels for rent. When necessary, we do some hands on adjustments; client can pass. *We are often rated 5 stars for our clean studio, welcoming environment, friendly & knowledgable teachers, thumbs up to Green Drink Smoothies & Tea. *Also, we run daily discounts mentioned on our Facebook page- clients reap the benefits of our discounts in our studio yoga apparel shop, Green Drink Bar, and class/pricing options. We offer free hand towels in the rooms, with our props. Available for rent: mat-sized, hot towel for only $2.00, &/or a mat for $2.00.
