Our carefully curated schedule includes something for everyone: heated Vinyasa, power yoga, slow flow, Vin Yin, Yin, yoga sculpt, Pilates, sound baths and more — all taught by passionate, highly trained instructors who meet you exactly where you are. Every class is set to soft, ambient lighting in a warm, inviting space heated to around 90 degrees (except where noted), encouraging deep release and focus. We also offer sound baths, yoga teacher trainings, private sessions, and community events like book club, wellness workshops, and retreats. Village Yoga is woman-owned and fiercely community-driven.
