Through your continued practice of yoga, you will begin a transformation which allows you to join your physical self with your mental and spiritual self. Whether you choose to practice Bikram (hot yoga), Hatha, Vinyasa (hot yoga), or Yin, you will leave our studio feeling both rejuvenated and restored. Fire Life Yoga is the flagship Bikram Yoga studio in West York, PA. Our mission is to provide an accessible, inclusive, and nurturing community wellness space for practitioners of yoga to reach their fullest potential-both on and off the mat. Through the practice of Bikram Yoga, Fire Life Yogis rise above their challenges and create the space, time, and energy to bloom into their best selves. Bikram Yoga classes (also known as the 26&2 series and the Original Hot Yoga) are heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity to help you achieve maximum benefits. The 26 postures work synergistically and cumulatively to balance your body and mind. In this class, you will build strength, balance and flexibility by gently stretching and massaging the spine, muscles, tendons, joints, and all internal organs of the body. In addition, lung capacity is expanded, leading to greater vitality. Bones are strengthened. Joints are opened and lubricated. Muscles are strengthened, toned, and made more flexible. Come as you are and leave re-energized, reorganized, and revitalized. As a boutique-style yoga studio, we offer small class sizes and a relaxing community atmosphere. Amenities include storage for your belongings, two private restrooms with showers, mats and towels for rent. In addition, we offer beverages and unique retail items for sale.
