Iyengar Yoga Source is a fully equipped yoga studio located at 1155 Westminster Street, Suite 301 west of downtown Providence. We have a rope wall and all the tools of practice needed for your use during classes. The average class size is about 8-10 students, however a few classes fall outside of this range. We have 800 square feet of practice space, plus a prop room, a lobby, and an entrance where coats and shoes are stored. We first began teaching in Rhode Island in February, 2004. Classes can be taken as a "session" where one signs up for a particular time slot and then takes advantage of our liberal make up policy should a class be missed. Classes may also be taken as "drop ins" except for brand new beginner students. This enables us to maintain a high quality of instruction for those beginners who are new to yoga.
Barre & Soul, LLC provides signature barre classes, yoga and teacher training at our flagship studios in Harvard Square, Melrose, Brookline, MA, Portsmouth, NH and Providence, Rhode Island.
I offer a variety of yoga, Pilates, chair yoga, and chair Zumba classes. I focus on the concept of yoga for all. Most of my classes are all levels which means I offer ways to make the class easier or harder based on how experienced you are or how you are feeling that particular day. I offer intro offers, student discounts, and class pack discounts to make it easy to try out some classes. I also offer all my classes virtually which helps there be no excuses why you can’t practice. Virtual classes make it easy since you don’t have to worry about traffic just work out from the comfort of your own home. I also have my yoga and Pilates classes outside at the same location when the weather is nice.
The Body Shop Yoga offers a range of services centered around movement, strength, and community. At the core are our power vinyasa classes—anatomy-driven, strength-focused flows designed to build heat, improve mobility, and develop real physical resilience. Classes are scheduled throughout the day to meet people where they are, including early mornings, midday sessions, and evening classes, along with a longer-form weekend experience for those who want to go deeper. To create balance, we also offer complementary styles like slow flow, yin, and restorative yoga. These classes support recovery, flexibility, and nervous system regulation, giving clients a more complete and sustainable practice rather than just constant intensity. In addition to weekly classes, we host workshops and specialty events such as arm balance and inversion training, sound bath experiences, and kirtan. These offerings allow clients to deepen their practice, explore new skills, and engage with the community in a different way. We provide flexible pricing options including unlimited memberships, class packs, drop-ins, and introductory offers for new clients. This allows people to enter at different levels of commitment. Ultimately, while the services are rooted in yoga, what we’re really offering is a consistent, high-quality experience and a space where people can grow, connect, and feel part of something real.
