My specialty is teaching Core Strength and Therapeutic Functional Fitness. I am Stott Pilates Certified and a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the ACSM. Years of working in Physical Therapy has helped me to become attuned to people's needs when writing exercise programs for people. My intention is to educate people in proper mechanics during exercise and teach you how to mindfully engage your core muscles.
