Community Action Association of PA is a voluntary corporation and a statewide membership organization representing all 43 Community Action Agencies in the Commonwealth. It is the primary source of advocacy, education, technical assistance, news and networking for the Community Action network of Pennsylvania. The organization offers programs, such as Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA), Family Development Credentialing (FDC) and ARRA. Located in Harrisburg, Pa., Community Action Association of PA also provides training on education and media.
