CSI processes moving claims. We assist customers with meeting the filing requirements for their claim since it is not insurance. Then, our moving claims adjusters review the information and make a determination based on Federal Regulations, the contract between the customer and the carrier, and the customers' selected valuation protection. We determine the carrier's legal liability so they can provide their customers with the compensation that they are entitled to.
