EUSF is the San Francisco branch of Experience Unlimited, a California-wide membership-based professional networking organization dedicated to helping professionals find meaningful employment and career fulfillment. We provide a range of resources to help you get career ideas through team meetings, informative workshops, speaker presentations, an opportunity to put your skills to work or get hands-on training through volunteering, and individual career coaching.
We are a specialist technology recruitment partner supporting early-stage, product-led startups across the U.S. and Australia. Our focus is helping founders build high-impact engineering, AI, data, product, and go-to-market teams from Seed to Series C. We work closely with tech and product-focused startup founders who need talent that can operate in fast-moving, resource-lean environments. Our experience spans all areas of SaaS, software engineering, machine learning, MLOps, data science, cybersecurity, product management, UX/UI design, sales, growth, and customer success roles. What sets us apart is our deep understanding of startup hiring needs - from founding engineers and tech leaders to the first GTM hire that will shape your revenue motion. Our approach combines a high-touch search process, domain expertise, and an emphasis on candidate quality and fit. We help founders attract people who thrive in ambiguity, ship quickly, and think like owners. If you're building a high-performance early-stage team and value thoughtful hiring, we bring experience, market insight, and a genuine partnership approach.
