Refrigeration comes first: built-in and integrated refrigerators, wine storage and wine cellars, ice makers, and freezer columns and drawers that run warm, get noisy, ice up or show a code. Alongside them we repair Wolf, Viking and Monogram ranges, rangetops, wall ovens and cooktops, gas, electric and dual-fuel. Washers and dryers, gas or electric, get the same $119 visit and flat-rate pricing. Pricing is flat rate, never hourly. The diagnostic visit is $119 for the first appliance and $69 for each additional one looked at on the same visit, and each is waived when you go ahead with that repair. Before any work begins, you get the fault named and a fixed price in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it. Every part we supply is genuine OEM. Repairs on these four makes done with our parts carry a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. In your home: a message with the arrival time, shoe covers and floor protection, and the failed part shown to you in person.
