Yale Appliance in Dorchester is the flagship appliance store with in-home service, serving Boston, Back Bay, South End, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Milton, and Quincy. Our showroom features 1,000 products, working kitchens, and weekly chef demos, so you can see, touch, and test ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, cooktops, wall ovens, laundry, and ventilation before you buy. We carry Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Bosch, Monogram, LG, GE, SKS, and more, with knowledgeable staff who help homeowners, remodelers, designers, and builders find the right fit, not the biggest sale. Our delivery and installation teams know Boston's condos, brownstones, and historic buildings, and our own 35 factory-trained technicians service what we sell, backed by a 5-year parts warranty. Family-owned since 1923 and named Best of Boston Home 2026.

Hi, neighbor! You know, I've gone back and forth on how I wanted to introduce myself. I even had a foot-long essay prepared. Ultimately, I told myself to keep it simple. When the question is, "Why should you consider hiring me?" the short answer is simple. I care. I genuinely care. I care about you, and I care about the appliance issue at hand. The other thing to know is that I'm not money-hungry. I'm doing okay—humbly speaking. What that means is I have no problem telling you when you're better off replacing an appliance instead of repairing it. If a particular appliance is a known lemon, I'm going to keep it real with you, even if it means missing out on the opportunity to earn your business. Simply put, if you're looking for an honest opinion from someone who genuinely wants to help—and I wholeheartedly mean that—then let's connect. I'll take care of you. It's as simple as that with me. Yours truly, – Pete
