We are an architectural design and build company with a GC license (CSLB 783521) qualified by the state of CA to create construction documents described below. For over 20 years, I have been providing affordable turnkey architectural services for residential and commercial projects such as ADU's, additions, remodels, fire damage rebuilds, & site renovations to name a few. We also provide plan sets for TI’s including retail, restaurant, office, salons, ADA parking & path of travel, storefront facelifts, etc.. We have a very successful track record of over 80 approved projects throughout southern California and have worked hard to maintain a good reputation along the way. Our clients are general contractors, property owners, business owners, and real estate investors. We have also acquired building permits for many corrective work projects that came to us for help. I am always available for my clients and potential clients days nights & weekends via phone or email because good communication habits are a must for success. I started as a licensed general contractor in California in 2001, but I have been creating construction documents full time for over 20 years. My building background gives me a more comprehensive understanding of building methods and costs as I design, so value engineering is part of my process by default. I hope to have the opportunity to discuss your project with you soon. Sincerely, John W. Lopez Anchor Tenant Improvement Concepts
