I believe design is about manipulating spaces to fit the needs of the people who inhabit them. Since 2013 I've been designing/remodeling clean modern/transitional spaces that not only look beautiful but function perfectly. My process seeks to bring our ideas together to create a "high contrasting environment". I do this by using light/shadow, indoor/outdoor spaces, and a mixture of materials that highlight their use and function. In all of my projects, I utilize 3D software, in addition to traditional hand sketch techniques, to make sure you have the best idea possible of what your space will look like when it's completed.
When planning a new building or home there are many parts to the process. Anderson & Associates Architecture Planning of Irvine, CA, has been an integral part in this process since 1987. Focusing on light commercial, such as restaurants, and residential, our team walks with you step by step to bring your ideas to life. We work from beginning to end with the builder to ensure that everything stays according to the plans and no detail is missed. Anderson & Associates Architecture Planning is a shoulder to lean on when it comes to planning and designing your next business or home.
Copete Architecture is a small residential practice built around personal attention and direct communication. You work directly with a licensed architect throughout the process, from the first idea through plans and permitting. The goal is simple: thoughtful design, clear guidance, and a more personal approach to your project.
