Christopher OttChris Ott founded Christopher's Designs in 1992, performing residential design and permit services for the general public.Chris was born and raised in the Bay Area and graduated from Sonoma State University with a Major in Physics. Using innate problem solving skills and a vivid imagination, Chris has created a unique design environment.He has a natural ability to evaluate of both site conditions and personal needs reflected by owners and then designs to suit those needs while keeping in mind budget and character of the project.
We guide clients through every step of the design, permit, and construction process, managing all complexities from feasibility research to final approvals. Serving mid to Northern California, we handle residential and commercial projects of all sizes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
