I'm the person you need BEFORE you call the contractors! Together we work to design your project, on your dining table to design precicely what you plan to have done. I do Conceptual Design in a Single Session for a Flat Fee. At the end of our meeting you will have your Before and After floor plans that you can use to get competitive bids from contractors. I design with an eye on saving you money. If you are planning a kitchen, I'll tell you how to get the most for your cabinet dollars. Traffic patterns will be improved, as will views. I create space for everyday living needs.
