Established as a civil engineering practice in 1929, Kingscott is a full-service architectural, engineering, interior design and planning firm that specializes in offering educational, civic and senior living facilities. The company provides a range of services that includes electrical and civil engineering, master planning, feasibility studies, facility assessments, code and equipment analysis and energy audits. These include paper plants, food processing plants, warehouses, hospitals, university and school buildings, churches, office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, facades, supported plazas, parking structures, and stadiums. We have performed numerous investigations of older structural systems to determine load carrying capacity and to develop renovation or adaptive reuse construction documents. These have often included buildings for which no design drawings were available and in which structural systems and materials were used which are now obsolete.
