Architect inspired by craftsmanship.
David Pollard Architect is a residential architecture studio based in Cary, NC, serving Raleigh, Apex, and the greater Triangle area. We specialize in thoughtfully designed home additions, whole-house remodels, and custom new homes — with a deep understanding of construction and cost throughout the process. Whether you're reimagining your existing home or building something brand new, we guide you from early feasibility through detailed design — and for the right projects, we can even manage the build. We take a design-first approach grounded in real-world project experience. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
We are a team of Architects, Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, and Field Service personnel that have been continuously designing successful projects since 1978. We are experts in our field, enjoy what we do, and have a compulsion for perfection while we do it. We believe that if we focus on contributing to the success of our client's projects, that effort will foster success within our firm. We are licensed in 48 states and the District of Columbia and internationally.
Dawn Christine, Architect PLLC offers the full range of architectural services, from conceptual design and 3D visualization to engineered construction drawing sets.
