Brockwell Associates Inc presents clients with the opportunity to create meaningful, purposeful and even transformation space. We are inspired by our clients, as we seek to inspire them. We are leaders of the project process, harnessing the essence of an organizations character and a project's purpose to shape spatial experiences that expand and advance institutional, business, organizational and community models. At Duda|Paine, the design process is an influential journey of discovery we share with our clients and project teams. What results is architecture that realizes and elevates clients goals for success in the twenty-first century.
With experience in a wide range of project types our Architectural Studios combine outstanding design skills with superior project management capabilities. At Gurlitz Architectural a talented range of professionals work together to deliver projects with technological sophistication and a high degree of personal attention. We believe that fostering a team approach to unite the 'ends of the knot' through collaboration is intrinsic to the project's success. We collaborate with our clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve innovative and lasting solutions. We use LEED strategies in producing a sustainable and environmentally beneficial development. While promoting sensitivity to the impacts that all development has on the environment, we have found that this strategy also has significant impact on the "sale-ability" of the program. Green building and sustainable architecture is a value that many users of the facility will be attracted to and will be a factor in their choosing to use the facility over other competitors in the market.
