ART-IS-ZEN® was registered in November of 2004 as a derivation of the term, ‘artisan’—a skilled manual worker who makes items that may be functional or strictly decorative, and established in July of 2012 in Las Vegas, NV. Work officially began in October of 2015 with renovations of a home office and neighboring properties. The last five years were spent at in a downtown live/work office focused primarily on tenant improvement projects for local small businesses. We are well-positioned to handle a variety of commercial and multi-family projects, after relocating nearly UNLV finish grad school. With a growing demand for affordable housing and commercial development in the Greater Vegas Valley, we are exploring new methods to tackle larger and more complex projects, while still offering a full line of professional services in architectural design and engineering disciplines. Building our team in the new year will also allow us to seek out opportunities in both institutional and government work.
