Peacock Design, LLC is a Norman and Oklahoma City–based architecture, engineering, and urban design practice focused on small, thoughtful moves that add up to big community impact. The firm specializes in incremental growth—helping property owners, small developers, and neighborhoods unlock underused sites with context-sensitive infill, missing-middle housing, and adaptive reuse. Rooted in walkability and historic preservation, Peacock Design works to strengthen the character of existing districts rather than erase them, weaving new projects into established streets, blocks, and buildings. Through placemaking—whether it’s a corner storefront, a trail connection, or a public-facing civic project—the firm aims to create human-scaled, memorable places that support local culture, everyday life, and long-term community resilience.
