Welcome to the design services of Susan Ayers, NJ Licensed Landscape Architect. I offer professional landscape consultations including home design, general contracting, project management and landscape installation services for both residential and commercial properties for over 25 years. As a landscape architect, I create designs for outdoor spaces linked to interior spaces that are functional and beautiful to harmonize with the natural environment. Design programming begins with a conceptual plan followed by a comprehensive set of drawings for construction, and for the purposes of cost estimating and master planning to build your project in phases. To accomplish these tasks, I document site conditions, discuss budgeting, review surveys, zoning requirements, prepare reports, sketches, plans, models, and construction diagrams to finalize your cost estimate. As project manager and general contractor, I solicit and review bids from contractors to observe and monitor construction.
