David Arthur Boe established BOE architects, pllc in 1996 upon the foundation that quality design, well-crafted documentation, and excellent service are not necessarily dependent on luxurious budgets or a lengthy production schedule. Regardless of the size of an architectural or engineering firm, it is the core group of professionals working closely together as a design and production team that are responsible for incorporating the design concepts and budget constraints into efficient and cost effective solutions. At BOE architects, this cohesiveness in the design team maintains a consistency of vision, communication and decision making for our clients from the very beginning interview presentation through the one-year warranty walk-through. BOE architects has designed a wide variety of project types - both in the public and private marketplace - with over 75% of the projects for repeat clients or clients that have been referenced to us from past clients. The architectural practice consists of 5 team members consisting of two licensed architects, an intern-architect (on a licensure track), an interior designer and an office manager. This size of practice allows David Boe to maintain direct contact with a project's design and progress while being a size that allows us to work on significantly sized projects.
