RG Painting and Construction Inc. — Santa Barbara's #1 all-in-one licensed general contractor since 2001. Founded by Ray Guerrero, we're the rare local team handling painting, full home construction, AND water damage and mold remediation under one license (CSLB #931758). Most contractors specialize in just one trade. When something unexpected comes up mid-project — a stucco crack reveals a hidden leak, or a kitchen demo uncovers mold — homeowners are stuck calling three more contractors. We handle it. Same crew. Same project manager. WHAT WE DO: • Interior and exterior painting (residential, commercial, HOA-compliant) • Cabinet refinishing and color consulting • Stucco painting and repair built for Santa Barbara coastal conditions • Kitchen and bathroom remodels • Whole-home renovations and additions • ADUs and garage conversions • Drywall, finish carpentry, and trim work • Water damage repair AND full reconstruction (most restoration companies legally cannot rebuild — we can) • Mold remediation • Full Home Renovations • Carpentry • Electrical • Commercial Services Available Why We're the #1 Local's Santa Barbara Favorite in Home Remodels: • Owner-led — Ray personally oversees every project • 20+ years working on Santa Barbara - HUNDREDS of projects completed • Same-day water damage response • Daily job-site cleanup • Licensed · Bonded · Insured • Winner of Yelp, Houzz and Community Awards
