I started working in remodeling at the age of 16 to help my family friend. By learning the value of hard work early in life, I was disenchanted with the prospects of living an intellectual life working at a desk. So, I continued refining my construction and woodworking skills. Finally, after tiring being confined to a shop all day, I decided to start a business dedicated to raising the status of craftsmen. Coming from different spheres, my team is well-versed in the latest techniques and state-of-the-art designs. EAC Design Build is about creating your dream space into reality. I have extensive experience with carpentry, remodels, metalwork, masonry, and stone work. However, I specialize in deck builds and also SHOU-SUGI-BAN, which is a Japanese burnt finish. This finish can be applied to many species of wood then it is sealed with a natural oil product. I am currently the only independent provider of this service and product in Austin, and have applied this process on several homes in the austin area as well as having worked on several commercial properties throughout Austin.
