About Ecosteam ECOSTEAM Carpet Cleaning is a locally owned and operated, certified and insured business, founded in 2005 by John Mapes. John saw a demand for carpet cleaning services in the surrounding area, as he heard from numerous individuals how frustrated they were that their carpets took so long to dry after being cleaned. ECOSTEAM's goal is not just to clean your carpet or other items, but to build a long-term relationship with our customers by providing the most outstanding service experience you've ever had. The ECOSTEAM team wants you to be so happy with our service that you will confidently refer your friends, relatives, neighbors and co-workers. To accomplish that goal, we combine state of the art equipment, techniques, IICRC Technicians, and cleaning solutions safe for the entire family. Whether you are a homeowner or tenant wanting clean carpet and upholstery, a real estate agent preparing a home for the market, or a property manager looking to get professional cleaning, we are confident you will be happy with the finished results. Our past clients have been very satisfied with our results, as well as the positive attitude that our technicians display in getting the job done right.
