I am a woman owner of All Garage Door Repair. We are a business you can trust. My husband and I have been in the business for 17 years. We take our time, going over the whole door. Making sure every nut and bolt is tightened. Your springs have the right amount of turns in them. That the operator is running smoothly. If you can literally pick up the garge door at waist high and it doesn't drop, that is what we want. Other companies are in such a hurry to get to the next job they are done in 20 minute. Are you kidding me? To do a proper replacement of new springs, it should take at least 45 minutes to an hour, even if you have help. You can't put in new springs without first checking the operator to make sure it is working properly. Looking at the rollers to make sure they are in good shape. Tightening every bolt on the door. Companies that are popping up all over the place just want your money. It makes me sick because it devalues garage door companies. Companies like us, who have been in the business for a long time, who take their time and make sure your door is running smoothly and quieter. I always tell people, "garage doors are like Women, you need to handle them with care and gentleness". This is what I am trying to say, if you hirer "All Garage Door Repair" you won't be sorry.
