Since 1990, Artistic General Contracting has uniquely designed service offerings to deliver successful renovations at hotels, resorts and timeshares. Conceptualizing, planning and conducting a renovation within an operating property introduce unique construction challenges we clearly understand. Although we maintain dozens of General Contractor and Construction licenses around the country, our service offerings do not originate from the typical rigid construction environment. The experience, traits, and attributes of Artistic General Contracting significantly influence the service offerings we provide the lodging industry. Identifying client objectives drives us to systematically select the service offerings necessary to complete the renovation. The responsive, flexible, and practical business approach of Artistic General Contracting is a valuable asset at any stage of a renovation. Among many service offerings, we assist organizations in analyzing a PIP, creating a budget, developing a strategic renovation plan, value engineering, and conduct a seamless renovation while maintaining operational continuity at the property.
