We take the time to really understand our clients before we begin designing for THEM as opposed to their neighbors or any preset design aesthetic we're known for. Then, we have presentation technologies that make the client really understand what is being presented, and then we work together to make changes as necessary. Tile, wallpaper, and fabric samples are then ordered for both our HQ and wherever the client is for color approval. Complex and detailed construction documents are created to ensure the crews abroad have no questions during the building phase, and if they do, we’re a FaceTime chat away from clarity for all. The process is incredibly efficient and effective. We work well in a collaborative fashion not only with clients, but with architects, builders, and all trades as well.
