Our process, The Worthington Way ensures the result is efficient, within budget and on time. We start with a free in-home consultation to learn about the existing layout of the space and discuss your goals. Your design team then invites you to the Worthington Design Studio to discuss a preliminary budget range based on your communicated must-haves. Your new space comes to life with computer generated 3D renderings, material selections and design options that distinguish each fixture and finish. Your design team will introduce you to different floor plan options and materials. We proactively identify any zoning regulations specific to your neighborhood and communicate budget updates based on your initial concepts. A final round of refinement completes the design phase. During this phase, we plug all your material selections and finishes into the 3D renderings to show you exactly what your transformed space will look like before starting construction.
